The special feature is the design of the slats. The cooling fins are honeycomb-shaped and constricted towards the outlet. The honeycomb shape prevents turbulence and at the same time ensures that the air flows evenly through the fins. The constriction additionally ensures an optimised air flow, called Jet Fin Acceleration System by Cryorig. This allows the heated air to be removed from the tower cooler more quickly. With the asymmetrical and inclined arrangement of the heatpipes, the heat sink is offset in such a way that it does not protrude over the RAM modules. This means that even main memory with its own large heat sinks can be installed. For mounting to the backplate, the Cryorig H5 Universal has an X-bar called cross-shaped mount, which is compatible with most AMD and Intel sockets. As an effective anti-vibration measure, four rubber dampeners are embedded in the 120mm fan at the corners. This dampens the vibration transmission of the fans to the fins. The Fan QF120 has an extraordinarily quiet bearing itself, so that the noise level of the entire cooler is low 25 dB (A). In addition, the QF120’s housing has four additional ventilation slots, which further increase the fan’s performance. Thanks to its outstanding performance and efficiency, the CPU tower cooler Cryorig H7 is suitable for processors with a 140 Watt TDP (Thermal Design Power).
